Let’s make this simple.
With just a few minutes of prep, your notarization can go quickly, smoothly, and without a hitch. To ensure everything goes off without delays or rescheduling, here’s what to have ready before your appointment:

Your Documents

  • Fill out all forms except signatures and dates — those must be done in front of the notary.
  • Double-check if your document requires witnesses. If so, bring them with you (unless we’ve discussed otherwise).

🪪 Valid Photo ID

Bring one unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as:

  • Driver’s license
  • State ID
  • Passport
  • Military ID

Your name on the ID must match the name on your document.

🧍 Any Required Witnesses

Many documents require witnesses. These must be:

  • 18 or older
  • Not named in the document
  • Not related to you

You must provide witnesses unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.

💳 Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept:

  • Zelle
  • Cash
  • (Optionally add Venmo, Cash App, etc.)

A deposit may be required for after-hours or specialty services.

⏰ Be Ready

Please be on time, in a quiet location, and ready to proceed.

  • I’ll verify your ID, witness eligibility, and readiness before notarizing.
