Add-On Fees (Time-Based)
These are added to your base travel fee:

Only one of the above time-based fees will apply based on appointment time. These can be combined with location and document-based fees.

Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and other Medical Facilities: + $25 flat fee
Apostille & International Authentication Services
I offer full-service facilitation for documents that require international authentication, including:
- Apostilles – Issued by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) for use in Hague Convention countries
- Great Seal Certifications – Issued by the Georgia Secretary of State for non-Hague countries
- Certification of Notary Public – Issued by the Superior Court in the county where the notary is commissioned
These services are ideal for clients who need to use notarized or official documents abroad and want peace of mind that everything is managed correctly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Standard Service Rates
- Georgia Apostille: $125 for the first document, $25 each additional (State fee: $3 per document)
- Great Seal Certification: $135 for the first document, $25 each additional (State fee: $10 per document) – expedited service may be available by special arrangement
- Certification of Notary Public: $100 for the first document, $25 each additional (Court fee: $2 per document)
